Informative note on the processing of personal data collected through job advertisements

"In compliance with Art. 13 of Law n. 196 of June 30, 2003, for the protection of personal data, we wish to inform you of the following:

    Data provided for selection purposes

  1. the personal data contained in the résumé that you sent us will be processed, both manually and automatically, by Studio Vittorio Anfossi in Milan exclusively for the purpose of personnel recruitment and selection;
  2. for these aforementioned purposes, your data may be transmitted to clients who are potentially interested in your professional profile and to other subjects that recruit and select personnel in Italy and abroad, and also to staff and consultants whose jobs are involved in this process;
  3. as the selection process advances, you will be required to provide additional information if deemed necessary.


    4. Data provided for the newsletter subscription

The personal data in the form you filled out for “newsletter subscription” will be processed, both manually and automatically, by Studio Vittorio Anfossi in Milan (or by staff specifically entrusted with the task) exclusively for the purpose of sending our newsletter (in Italian) and/or other informative materials and/or presentations of Studio Vittorio Anfossi.
  5. If you no longer want to receive our newsletter or messages, please send an email to anfossi@anfossi.it.


    6. We wish to inform you that, according to Art. 7 of Law 196/2003, you have the right to obtain, through the Studio:

  6. confirmation of the existence of personal data that concerns you and communication, in an intelligible form, of the data and its source as well as the logic applied in the processing;
  7. cancellation, transformation in an anonymous format, or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
  8. updating, correction, or, if interested, integration of data. You also have the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of your personal data".
